Mission Statement: The ROOT 53 FOUNDATION is a foundation that is focused on the overall development and well being of children growing up in highly urban areas. A child who is not given the opportunity to grow both intellectually as well as emotionally is a child that will not prosper. The mission of the ROOT 53 FOUNDATION is to prepare children to be successful by providing
intellectual and emotional support.
About Moise Fokou
The ROOT 53 FOUNDATION was created by
Tennessee Titan Linebacker, Moise Fokou in 2012 to provide support for the
youth in urban Maryland, Indiana, Tennessee and across the country. Many of the children growing up in urban areas are less
privileged and do not receive the attention or resources they require to
succeed. Moise Fokou believes that
he can make a difference for these children and their families.
